PETaL EMJMD Participation Costs

Scholarship applications for every intake will open on 15 September, with the Application for the Programme.

The participation costs for Erasmus Mundus scholarship holders will be fully covered by the EM scholarship.

Individuals who have already benefited from an EM Master Course scholarship are not eligible for a second scholarship in order to follow the same or another EM Master Course.

Students will be provided with access to the facilities of the partner universities (library, PC rooms, e-mail and Internet) as well as to the universities’ cafeterias and restaurants at student rates.

 

Description of components of Erasmus Mundus scholarships
For scholarship holders from Erasmus+ Programme countries*. For scholarship holders from Erasmus+ Partner countries*.
Contribution to the participation costs (directly reimbursed from the scholarship) up to 4.500 € per year per scholarship holder. up to 9.000 € per year per scholarship holder.
Any amount in excess of these maximum contributions must be covered by the participating organisations and cannot be charged to the scholarship holder.
Contribution to the travel and installation costs Travel costs:

1.000 € per year per scholarship holder resident of a Programme Country.

Travel costs:

  • 2.000 € per year per scholarship holder resident of a Partner Country whose location is less than 4.000 km away from the coordinator (UCO).
  • 3.000 € per year per scholarship holder resident of a Partner Country whose location is 4.000 km or more away from the coordinator (UCO).

Installation costs:

1.000 € per scholarship holder resident of a Partner Country.

Contribution to subsistence costs 1.000 € per month (24 months maximum)

Contribution to subsistence costs will not be given to scholarship holders for the periods spent in their country of residence.
